CANCELLATION POLICY

We expect at least 12 hours advance notice for any appointment cancellation. This gives us a fair chance to fill the appointment time and avoid lost revenue.

If you fail to cancel and do not arrive to your appointment, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the amount of your prior scheduled appointment before you are able to book any future services at Daggers Barbershop.

This can be paid via Tikkie sent from the provider you selected when booking.

Through Resurva you are able to cancel your appointment. There is also a link in the confirmation email you received when booking.

If there are 3 occasions where an appointment has been cancelled last minute or you have not shown up, you will lose your online priviliges of booking an appointment and become strictly walk-in, only if a spot is available.

We hate to implement such rules as these, but we have to protect our business! Often we turn away customers who wish to make a booking which eventually gets cancelled last minute or doesn't attend at all. Thanks for your understanding and we look forward to seeing you in-store.
