WHERE IT ALL STARTED
Born in 1989 in Worthing, United Kingdom, founder Sam Ingram began his career working as a professional hairdresser in the UK, gaining over six years of experience in men’s and unisex hairdressing.
In 2013, Sam relocated to the Netherlands and continued working as a barber in Nijmegen, while also gaining experience in Amsterdam and Cologne. As his client base grew and demand increased, the vision for an independent barbershop in Nijmegen became clear.
Daggers Barbershop opened in October 2016 with the goal of offering high-quality men’s haircuts in a modern, professional setting. Since opening, Daggers has built a strong reputation as one of Nijmegen’s leading barbershops, known for consistency, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.
